The Chef.

The journey began at the Bistro de la Marine with Jacques Maxime, the living legend of the French cuisine, followed by Chef Frechon, and after that for the past 8 years with Chef Pierre Gagnaire as sous chef in the 3 Michelin starred restaurant in Hotel Balzac before opening his own restaurant in the 8eme, to a clientele of connoisseurs seeking excellence in gastronomy.

La Maison Dubois.

Outstanding tastes, fresh local and seasonal products, home made breads ; each flavor and recipe created by the chef in the restaurant kitchen. The result is a harmonious blend of flavors, emphasizing on the seasonal products.


Short food circuits, reliable and responsible fruits and vegetables that come from noble agriculture.

« We prefer a cuisine that gives an absolute priority to the taste of noble products through different suggestions and recipes. It is very important to me to propose a generous selection, with a choice between 2 different elaborated menus or the « à la carte » option ».

To complement our cuisine and elevate every dish, Maison Dubois relies on the expertise of La Cave Xavier Thuizat.

With an experience over several months with a young, talented, and close knit team, we have a touch of every team member’s expertise to our recipes and service.

 

The restaurant has 6 tables and a private salon in order to maintain a high quality service with a precise follow-up of our clients’ preferences and tastes, in a homely  atmosphere and spirit.
